Refund Policy

The full report is a $19 one-time digital purchase. If it does not tell you something useful about your gym, you get your money back.
The short version
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full $19. No forms, no reason required, and you keep the report and the PDF you already downloaded.
How to request one
Email support@gymgrowthscore.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. Include your business name so we can find the order. That is all we need.
When you get the money
We approve refunds within one business day. Stripe returns the money to the original card, which typically shows up in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice, or scored the wrong business by mistake, tell us and we refund the extra charge immediately — the 14-day window does not apply to billing errors.
What we will not refund
We may decline a refund only where there is clear abuse — for example repeated purchase and refund cycles across many businesses from the same account.
